**What can you expect to be doing?**:
- Ensure a positive experience for all prospective and existing customers and other stakeholders
- Deliver high quality customer service by responding effectively and efficiently to customer enquiries to maximise outcomes for prospective customers, community members and staff.
- Provide education across multiple areas of the business, such as family services, mental health and early learning assessment processes
- Build rapport and engage with customers, ensuring they are receiving the right information to suit their circumstance.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all prospective customers with the aim of converting enquiries to new customers for the business by proactively communicating programmes and managing the referral process.
**What do you need to bring?**:
- Experience working in a contact centre environment or handling a high volume of inbound calls
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
- An empathetic and compassionate nature
- Ability to effectively liaise with a diverse range of internal and external clients
- Although not essential, certificate in Customer Services or Call Centre Communications will be highly regarded
- Experience working in a NFP or complex organisation will be highly regarded
