The Role
We're looking for an experienced Site Manager to join our team and lead delivery of a wide range of construction projects, from $500k fitouts to $50+ million new builds.
You'll play a key role in:
* Lead subcontractors with a safety-first mindset, ensuring EHSQ compliance throughout the project duration
* Managing daily site activities from establishment through to handover
* Building strong subcontractor and stakeholder relationships
* Driving quality outcomes and providing exceptional client experiences
What You'll Bring
* Prior experience as a Site Manager in fitout, new build (or both)
* A collaborative, positive approach and team-first mindset
* A strong commitment to safety and risk management
We'll also support you in developing skills, which include Procore, MS Project and programming, contract management, and team leadership.
