Job Overview
A highly motivated Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer is required to join our team to work closely with our skilled engineers to repair and maintain aircraft in accordance with industry regulations and best practices. This role will provide an opportunity to work on a broad fleet of aircraft types, ensuring that maintenance is carried out to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure all maintenance tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner, adhering to company policies and procedures as well as National Aviation Authority (NAA) Regulations.
* Maintain accurate records of all tasks performed, including assignment and supervision of tasks for Aircraft Maintenance Engineers (AMEs).
* Focus on safe execution of maintenance activities while maximizing aircraft availability and ensuring a safe workspace for employees and visitors. Some travel may be required.

Requirements:
* Must hold current B1 or C license.
* Completed MEA40715 - Certificate IV in Aeroskills (Mechanical) or equivalent.
* A minimum of 3 years experience in aircraft maintenance and modifications.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a busy environment.
* Knowledge of CASA regulations and compliance requirements.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Good computer literacy and experience working with aircraft maintenance programs.
* Meet Company pre-employment drug and alcohol policy requirements.
* Provide a current National Police Check.
* Have the right to live and work in Australia without restriction, and be able to obtain and maintain aviation and other government security clearances as required.

Desirable Skills:
* Experience working with Bell 212/412, AW139, EC135, H145, PT6 series engines and T53 series engines.
* Familiarity with foreign NAA regulations.
* Competency in the use of computer-aided design programs.
