Overview
Anglicare Southern Queensland's ICT team has an established Project Management Office (PMO) to deliver projects related to organisational digital transformation. The PMO oversees projects with high strategic importance, varying complexity and organisational impact.
The Role
The overall purpose of the Systems Trainer role is to develop and deliver application-based training to users of Anglicare Southern Queensland's client and care management systems. The role includes planning, design, implementation and delivery of system training related learning and development activities, supporting both existing and new system implementations. The role provides change and training support to project teams and contributes to successful delivery of projects in the PMO portfolio. The role will support Project Managers and the PMO to develop and deliver training artefacts and activities and will work as an integral part of the project team, playing a vital role in supporting successful project delivery. This role is a Full Time 12 Month Fixed Term Contract.
Responsibilities
* Design, develop and deliver training and materials to develop capability in client/care management systems
* Lead all training aspects of the project to deliver a comprehensive program of activities to support the change
* Design and facilitate workshops, lead face-to-face and online training
* Apply a change management approach to create and implement actionable change and training programs, including risk assessments, training assessments, resistance management plans, etc.
* Provide implementation advice to project team members, business stakeholders and executives on training roll-out issues
* In consultation with Learning & Development Specialists, regularly review training needs, outcomes, delivery methods, materials and frameworks to achieve improvements
* Identify, monitor, and document gaps in application training requirements and end user issues and develop plans to address these issues
* Review learning needs and skill gap analyses and provide advice and solutions to support effective training delivery
* Develop and deliver service-specific programs and activities using flexible and blended delivery methods and applying adult learning principles to enhance accessibility
What we are looking for
* Strong background in best practice L&D, including development, implementation, delivery and evaluation of system and process training
* Experience in a similar role, providing change and/or training support of ICT projects within a PMO
* Experience in conducting and documenting Training Needs Analysis, learning outcomes/knowledge transfer assessment, scheduling and delivery of training courses, and training evaluation
* Able to develop highly effective working relationships with internal stakeholders
* Relevant experience in the health, social and community services sector (desirable)
* Previous experience with client/care management systems (desirable)
Requirements
Successful candidates will also need to provide a National Police Certificate and a Drivers Licence during onboarding.
