About The Opportunity
The primary purpose of this position is to manage a curated portfolio of residential properties, delivering a high-quality experience to both landlords and tenants.
Reporting directly to the Senior Property Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
* Managing a well-maintained portfolio with care and attention to detail
* Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
* Coordinating maintenance and liaising with trusted trades
* Conducting inspections and preparing detailed reports
* Managing leases, rent reviews, and arrears
* Ensuring compliance with tenancy legislation and best practice
About You
The successful candidate will have:
* 2–3 years' property management experience
* Strong knowledge of tenancy legislation
* Confident communication skills, especially over the phone
* Positive attitude with a strong team and culture fit focus
* Experience with PropertyMe (highly regarded)
