We are 1919 Lanzhou Beef Noodle, a leading and fast-growing authentic Lanzhou noodle restaurant group in Australia. We are passionate about delivering high-quality, hand-pull noodles and rich beef broth to our customers, and we take pride in training the next generation of skilled noodle chefs.
The Role:
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our kitchen team as Noodle Chef Trainees. No prior noodle-making experience is required – we provide full training in traditional hand-pulled noodle techniques.
Responsibilities:
* Learn and master traditional Lanzhou hand-pulled noodle-making skills
* Assist in daily kitchen operations, including food preparation and cooking
* Maintain high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness, and safety
* Work as part of a team to deliver high-quality dishes consistently
* Support senior chefs in daily tasks

Requirements:

* Previous kitchen experience is an advantage, but not essential
* Bilingual in English and Chinese is preferred
