We are seeking a proactive and versatile human resources professional to support our employee lifecycle initiatives. As an integral member of our team, you will work collaboratively across various functions to deliver key projects and strategic objectives.

Main Responsibilities:
 * Provide expert HR advice and first-level support to leaders and employees on performance management, employee engagement, recruitment coordination, and other matters.
 * Assist with drafting employment contracts, variations, and other employment-related correspondence.
 * Coordinate onboarding activities, including regular check-ins to ensure seamless transitions.
 * Support workplace health and safety incident response, employee wellbeing, and benefits administration.
 * Respond to day-to-day HR queries and coordinate actions as required.
 * Contribute to the delivery of engagement and development initiatives, driving business outcomes through people-centric strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
 * Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
 * At least 3 years' experience in a generalist HR role, with a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
 * Sound knowledge of employment legislation, including the Fair Work Act and National Employment Standards.
 * Excellent administrative and organisational skills, with high attention to detail.
 * Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across diverse teams.
