About the role
We're looking for a Maintenance Administrator to support our maintenance and operations teams. You will keep our maintenance activities organised, our asset records accurate, and our schedules running smoothly. If you enjoy problem solving, staying organised, and working with both field and office teams, this role will suit you well.
What you will do
• Create and close maintenance work orders in Business Central
• Coordinate maintenance schedules and service intervals
• Maintain asset records and service histories
• Track breakdowns, repairs, and equipment downtime
• Raise purchase orders and support stock control
• Keep maintenance data and documentation up to date
• Provide general support to the Maintenance Manager and field teams
What you bring
• Experience with work orders, maintenance records, or asset management
• Strong attention to detail and good computer skills
• Confident communication across teams
• Ability to stay organised in a busy environment
• Business Central experience is an advantage
