Job Title: Dedicated Caregiver
We are seeking a compassionate and patient caregiver to provide high-quality care that supports our residents to live with dignity and purpose.
* Care for the physical and emotional wellbeing of residents, enhancing their independence and quality of life.
* Must have at least one year of experience in residential aged care/AIN roles.
* Display a respectful and compassionate approach to caring for older people.
Key Qualifications:
* Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support or equivalent qualification.
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role.
* Ability to work independently and as a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Willingness to learn and grow through ongoing training and development.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Basic computing skills to manage care documentation and communications.
* Experience using mobility aids and assisting with daily living activities.
* Commitment to working collaboratively with colleagues and families.
