Job Summary
This is a key position within our organization, requiring a highly skilled and experienced professional to coordinate engineering and technical services. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all services are delivered in accordance with legislative requirements and organizational objectives.
Key Accountabilities:
* Coordinate the planning, development and delivery of effective capital works and compliance programs for water supply and sewerage infrastructure;
* Assist in the development and maintenance of strategic plans for water supply and sewer systems;
* Co-ordinate advice to relevant departments regarding requirements for and assessment of developer contributed water and sewer assets;
* Manage a team of technical staff to develop and maintain effective asset management systems;
* Co-ordinate and deliver projects and outcomes in accordance with strategic priorities;
* Engage and coordinate contractors in accordance with organizational policies and procedures;
* Promote and demonstrate the core values and behavioural requirements of our organization.
Requirements:
* Degree in Engineering or related field;
* Proven experience in a similar role;
* Strong project management skills;
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
* Able to work independently and as part of a team.
