With locations in 15 countries across Europe, North America and Asia, Daher designs and develops value-added solutions for its aeronautical and industrial customers and partners We're looking for a hands‐on Quality Inspection Supervisor to lead a team of Inspectors and Leads in ensuring product conformity, documentation accuracy, and strong alignment with production. This role blends team leadership, quality system oversight, and continuous improvement in a fast‐paced aerospace manufacturing environment. Primary Role and Responsibilities:
* Lead, coach, and develop Inspectors and Leads.
* Ensure inspections, NCRs, and documentation meet AS9100, FAA, and customer requirements.
* Coordinate daily inspection priorities with Production.
* Support problem‐solving, escalations, and technical questions on the floor.
* Track quality KPIs such as NCR accuracy, first‐pass yield, cycle time, and defect escape rates.
* Partner with Quality Engineering and Production to drive process improvements.
* Apply Lean tools (5S, standard work, waste reduction) to improve flow and accuracy.
What you need to have
* 3–5+ years in quality inspection or aerospace/regulated manufacturing.
* Leadership or lead‐level experience preferred.
* Strong knowledge of AS9100 and FAA requirements.
* Experience with Lean/CI tools and KPI‐driven performance.
* Excellent communication, documentation, and problem‐solving skills.
