The Role The therapist joining this multidisciplinary team will be responsible for delivering evidence-based services to clients using multiple service delivery models, including telehealth, community visits, and centre-based services. Referrals may originate from the NDIS, Medicare, or private sources. This is a mobile role that offers the flexibility to work from home or the organization's hubs when not seeing clients. The responsibilities for this position include: Assessing and providing interventions for children and adults living with a range of disabilities. Working within the NDIS framework to maximize clients' level of function, capacity, and social engagement. Assisting clients with assistive technology assessment, recommendations, and applications (in relevant fields). Ensuring timely documentation and report writing. Managing a varied caseload. Meeting professional expectations (e.g., meeting billable targets and effective client management). Attending meetings, supervision, and engaging in personal development (as required). Building relationships with key stakeholders, including fellow therapists, clients, and referral sources. Working across leading software platforms and online tools. The New Graduate Program The organization has developed a specifically tailored New Graduate Program designed to smooth the transition for recent graduates entering the workplace. The 12-month program fully supports new clinicians, enabling them to acquire the skills needed to launch a successful career from the moment they start. New graduates can expect to receive: A comprehensive induction week. Weekly 1:1 supervision with their assigned supervisor. Core competency skills training sessions. Requirements To apply for this role, candidates must have or be able to obtain the following: Relevant tertiary qualifications in the related field. Discipline-specific professional registration (e.g., AHPRA/SPA). Working with Children Check (WWCC or Blue Card). NDIS Worker Screening Check. Police Check and International Police Check (only applicable to individuals who have lived overseas). A current driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle. Car insurance. Professional Indemnity and Public Liability insurance.
