Boeing Defence Australia is seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Maintenance Controller.
The successful candidate will be responsible for controlling the maintenance and repairs of aircraft, aircraft components and support equipment, contributing to the creation and maintenance of aircraft maintenance schedules, and supporting coordination of materials, tools, aircraft components and support equipment requisitioning, receipt and allocation.
Responsibilities:
• Control the maintenance and repairs of aircraft, aircraft components and support equipment;
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of aircraft maintenance schedules;
• Supports coordination of materials, tools, aircraft components and support equipment requisitioning, receipt and allocation;
• Support collection and disposition of aircraft, components and support equipment maintenance data;
• Analyze, plan, organize and control the maintenance and repairs of aircraft and aircraft components using applicable software and management tools;
• Participate in aircraft customer status and initiation meetings.
Requirements:
• Computer Aided Maintenance Management (CAMM2) System qualifications;
• Minimum 12 months experience as a Maintenance Controller on CAMM2 in an aircraft maintenance environment, or similar role;
• Strong background and in-depth knowledge of aircraft maintenance;
• Strong knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office products;
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Desirable:
Hold a Negative Vetting One (NV1) security clearance or the ability to obtain one, and be an Australian Citizen.
