**You will spend your day**:
- Managing an income protection and TPD claims portfolio
- Determining eligibility, liability and managing the claim process
- Project work and coaching new starters

**They will love your background in**:
- Life claims assessment experience (Retail and/or Group) ideally across all products
- Sound decision-making skills
- Qualification in legal or allied health will be highly regarded
