Deputy HR Delivery Lead
Lead the delivery of SAP S/4HANA solutions in complex enterprise environments, leveraging expertise in translating business requirements into scalable and high-performing ICT solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support end-to-end ERP implementation activities across functional streams.
* Oversee domain-specific delivery efforts from external delivery partners.
* Support testing, data migration, training, and cutover aligned with program objectives.
* Advise on SAP best practice design and integration across business processes.
* Engage business stakeholders to ensure solutions meet organisational needs.
* Monitor risk, quality, and scope throughout program lifecycle phases.
* Provide subject matter expertise on ERP functional capabilities and emerging technologies.
* Contribute to governance and assurance across solution delivery and ERP implementation partners.
* Ensure delivery activities align with business goals, delivery frameworks, and best practices.
* Work within the leadership team to define scope, plans, and deliverables for upcoming phases.
* Provide expert input into vendor evaluations and delivery partner alignment.
* Support and contribute to project methodologies and governance processes.
* Ensure timely delivery of quality outcomes while maintaining cross-team collaboration and integration.
Requirements:
* 8+ years of experience delivering complex SAP ERP transformation programs, particularly in the Human Resource Management domain.
* Proven leadership experience managing functional teams, project delivery, or solution delivery within ERP environments.
* Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors and related SAP modules and tools.
* Demonstrated expertise in SAP best practices, end-user-focused solution design, and enterprise architecture.
* Ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels and communicate complex concepts effectively.
* A collaborative leader with experience working across delivery partners, internal teams, and business units to deliver cohesive solutions.
