About the Role
We are seeking
experienced Senior Conveyor Technicians
to join our service team supporting the mining and resources sector across Western Australia. We have both Casual and Full-time positions available involving regular site travel to complete installations, maintenance, and inspections of conveyor system components including (but not limited to) scrapers, ploughs, skirts, trackers and rollers.
Key Responsibilities
* Take part in scheduled shutdowns to carry out maintenance and repair work on conveyor equipment
* Inspect conveyor belts to identify any faults or wear
* Install and commission new equipment
* Adhere to company and client safety procedures
* Collaborate with a skilled team to deliver high-quality outcomes on site
What We're Looking For
* Mechanical trade Qualification
* Proven experience as a Conveyor Technician
* Able to identify and inspect all aspects of a Conveyor system and carry-out or make recommendations for necessary maintenance, repairs or installations
* Knowledge in materials handling, conveyor belt systems and associated components is essential.
* Excellent communication
* Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive, customer-focused mindset
* Able to work autonomously and collaboratively with internal and external team
* Organised, self-motivated, and goal-driven
* Current Drivers License
* Confined Spaces & Working at Heights Ticket
* Gas Test Atmospheres Ticket
* White Card
* High Risk Work License - EWP, LF, RG, DG
* Right to work in Australia (Must Have)
