Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to provide financial assistance with various processes, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and industry distributions.


Key Responsibilities:

* Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
* Process weekly stake money distribution to participants
* Perform daily banking reconciliation and credit card reconciliation
* Prepare fortnightly payroll and collaborate with the Senior Management Accountant on monthly accounting tasks
* Provide general administrative support to the Chief Financial Officer


Requirements:

* Previous experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll management
* Proficiency in Sage 300, Micropay, and Workforce Manager is highly regarded
* Relevant Bookkeeping or Accounting Certificate, Diploma, or similar qualification is highly regarded
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work well under pressure
* Strong MS 365 skills and record maintenance abilities
* A current police clearance is required
