CHIRO ASSISTANT – (15 HOURS)

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a professional and reliable Chiropractic Assistant to join our team in a role of 15 hours per week, with stable ongoing hours. The current roster includes:
* Tuesday: 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM
* Wednesday: 7:00 AM - 11:30 PM
* Friday: 2.00 PM – 7:00 PM
Additional hours may occasionally be available to cover annual leave, sick days, or busy periods.
You should feel confident running the front desk on your own when required.
This position is ideal for someone experienced in customer service, health administration, or reception, who is looking for a long-term, stable position in a healthcare environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Greeting and assisting patients warmly
* Managing bookings, schedule changes, and patient flow
* Answering calls, emails, and front desk enquiries
* Processing payments and receipts
* Supporting the chiropractor with daily operations
* General reception and administrative duties
* Maintaining a calm and professional environment
TOOLS & SYSTEMS
Experience with clinic management systems is valued. We use Spinalogic, but training will be provided.
