At SMAART we are now recruiting 4 Appointment Setters to join a fast-growing property finance company based in Castle Hill (Sydney's North-West). You'll be speaking with warm, prequalified leads who have already expressed interest in homebuyer lending opportunities, so no cold calling
This is a casual, ongoing role with fulltime hours. You'll be part of a small and supportive team who are passionate about helping Australians achieve their property goals.
What you'll be doing
* Making outbound calls to warm leads who've already opted in for a callback
* Building rapport, answering initial questions, and gathering required details
* Collecting necessary documentation
* Booking qualified appointments with property finance specialists
* Working as part of a fast-paced, energetic team
What we're looking for
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
* Previous phone-based experience (appointment setting, sales or customer service)
* A positive, goal-driven attitude and team focus
* Understanding of property, finance or mortgage lending (advantageous but not essential)
The details
* $35.15 per hour + super (paid weekly)
* Casual, ongoing contract, with fulltime hours
* Start next week
* 8:30am-5:00pm or 10:00am-6:30pm, Monday to Friday
* Castle Hill office - 10 min walk from M1 station (no WFH)
* Laptop and handset provided
