Bookkeeper
Our business is growing and we are looking for a bookkeeper to support our accounting activities. We have offices in Melbourne, Sydney, Canberra and Auckland, New Zealand, with flexible working arrangements to support work‐life balance.
Overview
You will be responsible for Xero set‐up, Leap Migration Manager integration and training, and ongoing bookkeeping tasks.
Responsibilities
* Setup and maintain Xero accounting software.
* Integrate Leap Migration Manager with Xero.
* Assist and train staff in using Xero for accounting purposes.
* Process approximately 200 transactions in client account and 250 in operating account each month.
* Maintain financial records and produce reports.
Qualifications
* Expertise in Xero software.
* Minimum 2 years bookkeeping experience (preferred).
* Minimum 2 years Xero experience (preferred).
Work Arrangement
Part‐time, 15 hours per week; flexible hours; remote work available after initial training.
