About the Role
Mildura Central Early Learning Centre seeks a dedicated and passionate educator to join their team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be able to build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality education and care to young children in line with our centre's philosophy and policies.
* Develop and implement engaging and stimulating programs that cater to the diverse needs of children.
* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a seamless and harmonious environment for children, families, and staff.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of centre-wide policies and procedures.
Requirements
* A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or relevant qualification.
* A current Working With Children Check Card and First Aid & Anaphylaxis Certificate.
