The Division of Clinical and Non-Clinical Support Services is a newly formed Service with the portfolio of the Chief Operating Officer.
The Division is comprised of the following functions:
Medical Imaging
Pharmacy
Disaster and Emergency Management Unit
Specialist Outpatient Administration Management and
Operational Services.

About your role:
Research, develop and implement financial and human resource usage reporting to inform analysis and decision making for the Division Business Manager.
Develop and maintain working relationships with Directors provide advice on financial processes.
Assist in the annual budget development and associated in-year budget adjustments, including providing costing information.
Proactively identify information needs and respond to customer requests for information by appropriately gathering and sourcing information for analysis, assisting with analysis, and producing reports.
Procurement of goods and services and maintain up-to-date knowledge and comply with Queensland Purchasing Policy and Financial Management Practice Manual (FMPM) and other relevant policies, standards, systems and relevant legislation.
