We are currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Agent to join their team based in West Ryde.
As a Customer Service Agent, you will be receiving calls in relation to security equipment, security issues of critical impact and working as the first point of contact for the most vulnerable in our community during urgent security issues.
Job Responsibilities
Receiving and handling calls regarding security equipment and critical security issues.
Act as the first point of contact for urgent and emergency security matters, building customer relationships quickly and providing immediate solutions.
Prioritising urgent and emergency calls.
Requirements / Qualifications
Proven experience working in a high-volume call centre, preferably within security or response centres (desirable but not essential).
Clear and fluent communication skills.
Excellent rapport building skills.
Objection handling skills.
Outgoing and motivated personality.
Availability to commit to the role; candidates with interest will be considered.
Successful completion of security clearance checks, including a police check.
The hourly rate for the role is $***** per hour.
With penalties across shift patterns it will approximate $72k plus super.
