Front Desk Assistant Role
We are seeking a professional and customer-focused individual to join our dedicated hospitality team in the capacity of Front Desk Assistant.
This role involves being the face of our hotel, ensuring guests receive a warm welcome and seamless experience. Key responsibilities include:
* Managing check-ins, check-outs, and reservations
* Handling guest inquiries and providing exceptional customer service
* Assisting with booking systems and front office operations
* Collaborating with other departments to enhance guest satisfaction
To be successful in this position, you will need to possess strong customer service skills, be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate a team player mindset.
