This pay rate is inclusive of mandatory 25% casual loading Key Responsibilities: Support the delivery of strategic initiatives across the Marketplace and eCommerce ecosystem Collaborate with internal business teams and external vendors to gather, analyse and document technical and functional requirements Facilitate workshops with stakeholders across product, supply chain, technology, and external partners Translate business needs into actionable specifications, user stories, and interface requirements Work closely with cross-functional teams to validate solutions and support testing activities Ensure that systems supporting online purchases, product availability, and order fulfilment meet business objectives Act as a key point of contact between business users, vendor teams, and internal technology stakeholders Experience & Skills Required: Experience as a Technical Business Analyst, ideally within large-scale retail or digital transformation projects Proven experience in eCommerce, online shopping, and supply chain operations is essential Strong understanding of marketplace models and vendor onboarding/integration processes Demonstrated ability to work closely with third-party vendors to define and deliver solutions Skilled in producing high-quality documentation including user stories, business requirements, and technical specifications Experienced in running workshops and managing complex stakeholder groups Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills Like to know more?
