Premier Building Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Safety and Fleet Coordinator to lead our safety systems, fleet operations, and subcontractor compliance. This role is pivotal in maintaining our high standards across both office and site environments.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee WHS compliance and site safety operations
* Manage subcontractor onboarding and documentation via Rapid Global, CM3, Hellios, Sitebook, and Aroflo
* Maintain fleet registers and GPS reporting tools (Geotab)
* Conduct audits, inspections, and ICAM-based incident investigations
* Support tender submissions with risk and safety inputs
* Deliver internal safety training and promote continuous improvement
What You'll Bring
* Certificate IV in WHS (Diploma preferred)
* First Aid and CPR certification
* Strong understanding of WHS legislation and construction safety standards
* Experience with GPS platforms and compliance systems
* High attention to detail and collaborative mindset
