Join CALHN as a Community Mental Health Nurse and provide high-quality care across diverse community settings. You'll manage consumer health, support recovery, coordinate care plans, and work closely with teams to improve mental health outcomes.
Duties
* Deliver nursing care and case management in the community
* Support consumer recovery through education and counselling
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and external services
* Guide and mentor less experienced staff in clinical practice
* Contribute to service improvement projects and clinical portfolios
Qualifications
* Registered as a Nurse with the Nursing & Midwifery Board of Australia and holds a current practising certificate.
* Hold a qualification in mental health nursing equivalent to a Graduate Diploma in Mental Health Nursing.
