Join Our Team as a Community Support Worker (Casual Pool 2026/2027)
Are you passionate about helping people live safely and independently at home? Seeking compassionate and reliable Community Support Workers to support older, frail, and disabled clients to maintain their wellbeing and quality of life.
What you'll do:
* Support personal care needs including hygiene, grooming and daily living tasks
* Assist with household duties such as cleaning, laundry and maintaining a safe home
* Provide social support, including shopping, errands and community engagement
* Help with mobility, transfers and use of equipment
* Assist with medications, routine care and work as part of a supportive care team
What We're Looking For:
* Certificate 3 Aged Care/ Individual Support or working towards completion
* Experience working with aged, frail, or disabled clients
* A strong ability to work within a team and engage effectively with clients
* Excellent communication skills with a diverse range of people
* A caring, client-focused approach that promotes independence
* Proven ability to meet deadlines and adhere to care plans
* Competence in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and other basic computer programs
* Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times
