What You’ll Need To Be Successful
Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)Demonstrated experience in leading and mentoring a team of educatorsA valid Working with Children Check / Blue CardTraining in Child Protection, First Aid, CPR, Asthma, Anaphylaxis, and Food Safety (or willingness to obtain)Knowledge and practical application of the National Quality Framework (NQF), Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), and Child Safe StandardsStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to building positive relationships with children, families, and the communityAvailability to work Monday to Friday, 6:30am to 6:30pm
