We are seeking an experienced and driven Maintenance Superintendent, Light Vehicles Ancillary Equipment to lead the performance, safety, and reliability of our diverse fleet, including light vehicles, buses and ancillary equipment.
Job Description:
As a key leadership role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive maintenance strategy that drives excellence in performance KPIs and cost management for the light vehicle and ancillary fleet.
* Lead the maintenance planning, scheduling, and execution process to ensure optimal asset utilization and reduced downtime.
* Identify and implement optimisation initiatives focused on safety, cost efficiencies, reliability, and quality.
* Provide technical guidance and support to your maintenance teams to ensure assets are maintained to OEM standards and GMS requirements.
* Champion a strong safety culture, risk management practices, and disciplined critical control execution.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
You will need to have significant demonstrated experience in open pit mining, extensive knowledge in Light Vehicle Mobile Equipment Maintenance with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
* A strong background and technical understanding of a range of light vehicle and ancillary mining equipment.
* A positive and sound attitude in maintaining safety across Maintenance teams.
* National accredited trade base (mechanical or electrical).
