We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Restorative Justice Worker. This is an exciting opportunity to work with young Aboriginal people and their families, making a positive impact on their lives.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating restorative group conferences, providing youth and family-focused support, conducting case management, and maintaining relationships with stakeholders.
To be successful in this role, you must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. You should be able to function independently and within a team environment, with a high level of computer literacy required.
