Our client is seeking a motivated part timePeople & Workplace Culture Officerto joincommunity-controlled health non-for-profit service.
This role is perfect for an experienced HR professional who wants to make a meaningful impact in a collaborative, inclusive, and culturally rich environment.
This is a part-time ongoingjob-sharing role(0.6 FTE)
Must be available to work from Wednesdays to Fridays from 9.00am – 5.00pm
Work in asupportive, community-oriented team
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-dayHR advice and supportto managers
Managerecruitment, onboarding, and inductionprocesses
Develop and implementHR policies and procedures
Supportperformance management, employee relations, and wellbeing initiatives
OverseeHRIS systems(preferably Employment Hero)
Assist withWorkcover claims and return-to-work coordination
Assist withtraining and development initiatives
Contribute toHR projects, staff surveys, and continuous improvement initiatives
What we're looking for
Diploma or Cert IV in Human Resources Management
Minimum5 years' generalist HR experience
Knowledge ofAwards, SCHADS and healthcare-related would be advantageous
Familiarity withHRIS/Employment Heropreferred
Strongcommunication and interpersonal skills
High level ofconfidentiality, accountability, and initiative
Proficiency inMicrosoft Officeand HR systems
