Accounting and Financial Operations Specialist
Job Summary
We seek an experienced Accounting and Financial Operations Specialist to process, verify and reconcile supplier invoices and complete payments in accordance with payment terms and service level agreements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Capture all supplier invoices and credit notes in our automated accounting software
* Ensure accurate coding, authorisation and processing of invoices
* Respond to vendors' queries in a timely and professional manner
* Set up payments in banking platforms according to scheduled payment runs
* Maintain creditor master files and accounting software
Requirements:
* At least 3-5 years of experience in high-volume accounting roles
* Knowledge of bookkeeping and accountancy skills
* Experience in hospitality and clubs industry - desirable
* Exceptional attention to detail, organisational and customer service skills
* Ability to multi-task, prioritise and work efficiently
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Positive attitude
* Proficiency in ERP systems and AP automation software
