Job Title: Grounds Maintenance Specialist
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Groundskeeper to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining multiple sites across North Sydney, ensuring high standards of customer service and providing exceptional landscaping and gardening services.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintenance of gardens, parks, and other outdoor spaces
2. Care and management of trees, shrubs, flowers, and other vegetation
3. Operate lawn mowers, trimmers, pruners, and other equipment safely
4. Gather data on the condition of grasses; write reports about condition observations & recommend remedial action if required
y incorporating both physical labour & operational planning in achieving their objectives with focus placed mainly around "hands-on work", driving company values through example etc.
Pürpose shifts efficiency improvements using information technology enhancing maintenance schedules streamlining procedures optimizing current programs.
