Job Description
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Operations Team Member is a key part of our customer-facing team, supporting store operations to foster a sales-focused culture and drive profitable growth.
Key Responsibilities
Manage store administration tasks such as cash handling, banking, transactions, and data integrity.
Handle web sales, warranty claims, and customer inquiries.
Support marketing and promotional activities.
Assist in financial performance through inventory and expense management.
Fulfill sales channels following procedures.
Work collaboratively to deliver positive customer experiences and resolve complaints.
Maintain store merchandising and presentation standards.
Enhance sales skills and product knowledge through training and development.
