About the Role As Store Manager, you will take ownership of the day-to-day operation of a busy retail site, leading from the front to create a positive team culture while ensuring operational excellence across all areas of the business. You will be responsible for: Leading, coaching and developing a diverse team Creating a positive, high-performance workplace culture Driving customer service standards and sales performance Managing rosters, labour costs and productivity Maintaining operational and safety compliance standards Monitoring financial performance and identifying opportunities for improvement Building team engagement, accountability and retention What We're Looking For We're seeking a leader who can inspire people, create structure, and bring energy to a fast-moving operation.
