The Role The key responsibilities of this role, which encompass but are not limited to, are: Handling order processing and inventory transactions effectively. Establishing and updating customer, supplier, and product records in the company's database. Ensuring prompt product distribution to customers and tracking sales orders diligently. Responding to customer inquiries, needs, and orders through inbound calls. Regularly communicating with the sales and support staff to maintain awareness of customer requirements.
