We are seeking a skilled Professional to play a key role in payroll remediation.
The successful candidate will be responsible for deep diving into large datasets, identifying issues and opportunities for improvement, and supporting the business in making confident decisions.
Key Responsibilities
* Analyse large payroll datasets to identify gaps and optimisation opportunities
* Write and run SQL queries across high-volume datasets to report on findings and support data-driven decision making
* Partner with SMEs, HR, and Finance teams to validate outcomes and ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks
* Translate complex data findings into clear insights for executives, using tools such as Power BI to visualise data
* Assist with back pay calculations and payroll adjustments, ensuring accuracy and transparency
About You
As a seasoned Business Analyst with strong technical and data skills, you will thrive in this environment. Key qualifications include:
* Proven experience in Business Analysis, with a focus on data analysis and interpretation
* Strong understanding of MS SQL, including query writing and data loading
* Experience working with Aurion Payroll, or similar systems
* Proficiency in Power BI, including reporting and workflow automation
* Solid understanding of IR/ER rules and payroll compliance obligations
* Ability to influence and communicate effectively with executives and senior stakeholders
