About the Team and Role
The Administration assistant will be part of a large multidisciplinary nursing and Allied health team, supported by three administration roles and a management team. The AACP team assists/supports older persons to recover from illness and return home or access more appropriate care. Office hours are Mon – Fri 8.00–4.30pm.
Qualifications and Experience
* Experience in Administration/Customer service role is preferred
* Demonstrated ability to work in a customer focused service setting with skills and experience in administrative and customer support operations.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and an ability to work professionally with all levels of staff and members of the public.
