As a Senior CRA, you'll play an integral role in the oversight and delivery of innovative clinical trials across multiple therapeutic areas — from oncology and haematology to cardiovascular and respiratory studies. This is an ideal step for a seasoned CRA seeking to deepen their expertise within a highly respected sponsor environment while maintaining the close-knit support of a progressive CRO structure.

Key Responsibilities
* Independently manage all aspects of on-site and remote monitoring, including site selection, initiation, routine monitoring, and close-out activities.
* Ensure study conduct aligns with ICH-GCP, local regulatory requirements, and sponsor-specific SOPs.
* Partner with cross‑functional sponsor teams to ensure timelines, quality, and deliverables are consistently achieved.
* Support the development of junior CRAs, contributing to a culture of mentorship and knowledge sharing.
About You
* Minimum 2+ years' independent monitoring experience within pharma or CRO environments.
* Degree-qualified in a life sciences or related discipline.
* Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills.
* Demonstrated ability to work autonomously while contributing to a high‑performing team environment.
