Responsibilities
* Manage and develop strategic relationships with key
EPCs, installers, and developers
in
Victoria
.
* Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for
solar inverters and battery solutions
.
* Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding account revenue.
* Coordinate with internal teams (technical, logistics, service) to ensure seamless pre- and post-sales support.
* Prepare sales forecasts, proposals, presentations, and negotiate contracts.
* Track market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer needs in the region.
* Monitor payment collection and support the finance team in minimizing outstanding dues.
* Represent the company in industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
* Maintain CRM system with accurate and timely customer data and activity reports.
Qualifications
* 3+ years' experience
in
solar inverter or battery energy storage sales
(B2B experience preferred).
* Experience in
key account project management
and direct business development is preferred.
* Keen market insight, excellent communication and coordination skills, negotiation skills, and adaptability.
* Strategic thinking in regional sales layout and planning.
* Strong understanding of the
Victorian solar market
and ability to work independently.
* Willingness to travel across the region as required.
