Due to the continual growth of our organisation, we are actively seeking applications for our next Customer Service superstar to join our South Australia branch based in Wingfield.
About the Role
As a Customer Service representative, the ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Matching sales orders with purchase orders and checking for any out-of-stock items.
Communicating with customers to place sales orders and resolve inquiries.
Build sustainable relationships with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
Advise customers of our diverse product range and price trends.
Regular liaison with Sales, Warehouse, and Purchasing departments
Making outbound calls to clients to drive sales and address their needs
Assisting with payroll-related tasks as required
Delivering friendly and professional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
All about you
Minimum 2 years experience working in Customer Service, preferably within the food service or FMCG industry.
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
Great attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with great phone manners
Experience with Pronto and/or Redmap is a plus but not essential.
Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
Proficient in using MS Office
