Make an impact at Serco
As a Dentist working part time (30 Hrs per week) at Oakey and Cabarlah Health Centres, you’ll provide a full range of dental services including emergency treatments, general exams, preventative care, restorations, minor oral surgery, x-rays, extractions, root canals, and prosthodontics.
You’ll work closely with medical officers, nursing staff, and specialist dental providers to deliver high-quality care, helping personnel stay dentally fit for deployment in line with Defence policies.
To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Have
Australian citizenshipCurrent, unconditional, and unrestricted registration as a General Dentist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)Minimum 2 years full-time (or part-time equivalent) postgraduate clinical chair-side experience within the last 5 yearsRecent participation in Continuing Professional Development (CPD) activities as required by AHPRA

About Oakey And Cabarlah Health Centre
Cabarlah Clinic is located within Borneo Barracks, 14km north of Toowoomba and Oakey Health Centre is located at the Army Aviation Centre (AAC), just 3km outside Oakey.
The centres offers primary medical, aviation medical, dental, nursing, physiotherapy, pharmaceutical, and mental health services, and act as an emergency response centre for AAC. Staff may be asked to work across both Cabarlah and Oakey locations. Operating hours are generally 07:00 to 16:30 Monday to Friday, with shift lengths depending on role requirements.
