Procurement Supervisor - Governance and Reporting

Reporting into National Procurement Manager, the Procurement Services Supervisor will join on a full-time permanent basis at our South Guildford location.
This newly created role leads a small team which provides support services to the Procurement Team, WesTrac team members engaging in source-to-contract and procure-to-pay processes, and WesTrac suppliers for non-Cat goods and services.
Roster: Monday – Friday, 8.5 hours/day (including meal break)
What You'll Do:
1. Manage inbound support requests.
2. Oversee team reporting.
3. Coordinate audit and compliance activities.
4. Maintain the Procurement Team Governance Framework including associated policies and procedures.
5. Oversee vendor pre-qualification and onboarding.
6. Lead contractor administration including licences and tickets.
7. Identify and collate Continuous Improvement (CI) opportunities for the team.
Skills & Experience:
1. Experience leading and managing a team in supply chain/procurement.
2. Good knowledge of procurement reporting.
3. Experience overseeing key controls for procurement governance and compliance.
4. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
5. Strong time management, planning, and organising skills.
6. High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
7. Degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Commerce, Finance, or related fields (Desirable).
8. Experience with Ariba S2C and SAP P2P (Desirable).
