Our client is an industry leading large multinational FMCG Industry leader, they’re looking for a commercially minded Commercial Manager to partner with the Sales and Marketing team. This role is key in driving strategic initiatives, pricing strategies, top line growth, financial performance, partnering with Senior stakeholders and executives, and supporting long term growth journey. Hybrid role with WFH flexibility Drive Revenue Growth Pricing, Promotional Effectiveness and Strategic Initiatives Responsibilities: Develop and execute pricing strategics: this includes creating and implementing pricing strategies across different channels and product categories, considering factors like market trends, competitor pricing, and promotional effectiveness. Leading pricing strategics, promotional effectiveness, margin improvement Analyse pricing structures to identify opportunities to maximize revenue and profitability. Developing Revenue Forecasts- Creating models and forecasts to predict future revenue performance based on historical data and market analysis Monitor KPIs to revenue growth, analyse performance against targets, and identify areas where adjustments are needed. Work with cross functional team to lead strategic initiatives that maximize revenue and profitability Qualifications: FMCG/Retail/Manufacturing experience is essential 7-8 years commercial experience. Experience in pricing, promotional and trade spend analysis, drive revenue growth Strong commercial acumen, analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communications skills to build relationships and influence cross-functional teams. Interested?
