Preschool Manager


Reporting to the Centre's Director of Education and Care

Start now before Christmas or after Christmas

Location: 2 Woomera Circuit, Dubbo

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary: Extremely competitive remuneration + sizeable performance-based bonuses

Rosters: Shifts between 6:30am – 6:00pm | Higher-rate weekend shifts (opt-in for weekends)

About the Role


We are seeking an exceptional Preschool Manager to lead, inspire, and support our preschool environments while working closely with the Centre Director of Education and Care.

This role is ideal for an experienced early childhood professional who is passionate about:

You will play a critical role in daily leadership, educator support, curriculum implementation, family engagement, and continuous improvement, while being backed by strong operational and educational systems.
