At Go4 Sports Distribution, we are looking for an enthusiastic and self-driven individual who has a passion in skating and selling. With a growing team, we require assistance in the maintenance and management of existing accounts, and an ability to seek out and secure new accounts. You will be required to interact directly with our customers via phone and email communication. In addition, you will be responsible for identifying customer's needs, pitching relevant products, and ensuring they have a positive experience from start to finish. With the right skills and knowledge, a sales and office role in the skating industry can be extremely rewarding!
The role consists within an office environment, giving you an opportunity to work with the sales manager on daily, weekly goals and monthly goals, conduct market research, and prepare for sales calls. Outside of direct calls, there are opportunities to grow other areas such as our Ebay, Amazon, and direct to consumer portals.
Your role will consist of, but not limited to:
* Developing and Maintaining Client Relationships: Build and nurture relationships with new and existing clients to understand their needs and preferences.
* Sales Planning and Strategy: Develop sales plans and strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
* Product Knowledge: Have a comprehensive understanding of the skating goods offered by Go4 Sports and effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers.
* Cold Calling: Cold-calling prospects found through market research, call lists, or old accounts
* Order Processing: Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery to customers.
* Providing Customer Support: Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and product information to ensure a positive customer experience.
* Reporting: Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans.
* Work in a Team: Work alongside staff in administration, warehouse, and retail to ensure the needs of the business are met and staff satisfaction and morale are maintained
* Use of Office Resources: Your role will be supported by the use of B2B (Business to Business) applications, POS (Point of Sale) Systems, and other online selling tools.
* Other tasks not identified: Working in a multi-faceted business will require flexibility and the ability to move throughout different areas, depending on the requirement
