**About the Company**
Our large NSW State Government client manages the property portfolio and its places across NSW. It also provides specialist and impartial water and coastal advice. Its activities include physical and numerical modelling, water monitoring programs and meter testing

**About the Role**
They are currently seeking an Administration Officer to join their team in Manly Vale on a part time capacity working Wednesday to Friday, 24hours per week. This is an estimated 4-month temporary assignment, with a potential to extend.

Reporting to the Manager, you will be required to provide frontline administrative and support services to facilitate the operation and achieve organisational objectives

In this rewarding role, you will be undertaking the following duties
- Reception duties
- Greeting visitors and staff, delivering high level, frontline customer service
- Answer enquiries, providing timely and accurate responses
- Facilitate the resolution of complaints, escalate matters as required
- Manage and maintain reception manual, registers, security access and contact lists
- Scheduling and coordinating meetings and events including arranging catering, equipment and overall presentation
- Preparing documentation including correspondence, reports and presentation material
- Ordering stationery and maintaining office equipment
- Distribution of incoming and outgoing mail
- Gather and collate information to support informed decision-making processes
- Establish and maintain effective stakeholder relationships
- Records and database management ensuring high integrity, accuracy and confidentiality
- Complete financial administration duties including purchase orders, invoicing and reconciliation
- Ensure compliance with best practice and legislative requirements

**About You**
To be successful in this great assignment you will have the following
- Demonstrated experience delivering frontline customer service
- Previous Reception, Administration or Business Support experience
- Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written
- Superior organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise conflicting deadlines
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency with MS office suite
- Ability to work Wednesday to Friday, 24hours per week
- Fully COVID vaccinated or medically exempt
- Willingness to undergo a National Police Check
- Ability to commence and commit to the duration of the assignment
