About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Baker who can produce consistent, high-quality products and maintain excellent standards in food safety and kitchen operations. This is a full-time position with early-morning shifts.
Key Responsibilities
* Mixing, preparing, and baking breads, pastries, and other baked products
* Ensuring all products meet quality, taste, and presentation standards
* Managing dough fermentation, shaping, proofing, and baking
* Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
* Monitoring ingredient levels and assisting with stock rotation
* Collaborating with the team to improve recipes and production efficiency
About You
* AQF Cert III in bakery or equivalent
* At least 3 years' experience as a Baker (artisan or commercial)
* Strong knowledge of dough preparation, baking techniques, and food safety
* Ability to work early mornings and in a fast-paced environment
* Good teamwork and communication skills
* Reliability, attention to detail, and pride in your craft
