Finishes Foreman
Design & Build is working with a leading Developer Builder in Brisbane to secure an experienced Finishes Foreman to join them on a permanent basis.
The successful applicant will work on high-end residential build projects across SE QLD.
Our client has a well-established and supportive senior leadership team that maintains a hands-on and supportive leadership style.

Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate finishing trades and subcontractors
Drive construction programmes and short-term look-ahead schedules
Maintain quality assurance and oversee defect management to handover
Support cost control measures and deliver works within budget
Enforce and promote site safety and compliance standards
Collaborate with site teams, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve issues
Contribute to a high-performing and positive site culture
Requirements
Recent experience working on high-end residential or commercial build projects $20 mill+
Carpentry or Fitout background ideal
Ability to plan, manage and sequence finishes subcontractors
High level attention to detail
Will have worked as a Finishes Foreman on several apartment projects
QBCC licence is an advantage
